Please ensure all tags remain attached and the signature packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the silk items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the silk garments and place them back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
