What is your return policy for silk garments?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, silk face masks and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty.
How should I wash and care for my silk items?
To maintain the integrity of the silk, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent. If using a machine, select the 'Delicates' cycle and use a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry out of direct sunlight.
